Adelaide got in on her very first pumpkin carving action a couple of days ago! She was very interested in all of the goings on and seemed very happy with the results (assuming her fascination and love of waving at and patting said pumpkin is any indication). We'll be heading out for trick-or-treating tonight with her cousin Hadley. How awesome is it that after so many years it is once again appropriate to go trick-or-treating?!?! I mean, it's not like anyone doesn't know that Adelaide won't be going home and gorging herself on all that candy, and yet it doesn't matter. I think a little candy is well deserved for parents. Hope it's a spooky, fun and safe Halloween all around!
